Chairman Roger Tchoufa presents the Sheraton Project for the first time to the Prime Minister of Cabo Verde during the investment forum.

The Four Points by Sheraton tourist development, a brand of the international Marriot group, will be built in the Laginha area, in São Vicente, and should be inaugurated in the second quarter of 2022.

According to Cape Verde Trade Invest, Maseyka Holdings Investments, a company owned by Cameroonian and US-based partners Roger Tchoufa and Julius Akene, will invest 61.9 million euros to build, implement, and operate two 5-star hotels.
